Howdy everyone! I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! We sure had a week full of lots of food and presents around here. I’m certainly glad it’s finally over and life can get back to semi-normal.

We do have a New Year’s celebration coming up, but that should be a lot of fun. We’ve invited only our couple friends this year, and we’re definitely going to have a good time. Hubby and I have already started buying up our stock of New Year’s Eve goodies.

We’ve picked out quite a few wines to toast with, but this year we want to try something we haven’t had before. We were able to mix and match two 4 packs of the mini sample size wines at the grocery store, so we’re sampling a bunch of them tonight. I’ve already had quite a few of them, but I’m feeling more sleepy than tipsy. I’ll let you know which ones we like better after we sample them all.

I just can’t sample them all tonight. I’ve got to go over to my friend’s store tomorrow to help out with some computer problems she’s having. The store has one of those POS systems, and it keeps freezing up on them, so I offered to check it out. I can’t exactly do that with a hangover.

Now I’m going to finish this game of Monopoly I’m playing with my sis-in-law and head to bed.  I’m getting way too tired.
