WHY DO I ATTRACT ALL THE PSYCHOS?

*Warning*

I’m sure there’s a good possibility I’m going to use plenty of those big ‘ole nasty words and say a few things that some people would rather not hear. There will definitely be plenty of semi-emo bitching, whining, hair pulling, and maybe even a few ideas of horrible punishment I wish to inflict. Feel free to ignore this post completely if you’d rather not hear any of that.

Seriously! I swear I have a big sign on my forehead at says “Psychos Welcome”. Ok so it’s not just psychos. It seems to be all crazy people in general.

First there’s the guy that we thought was a very good friend until he came into our house and stole from us. As soon as it happened, we tried to cut ties completely, and he just doesn’t get the hint. It’s been over 2 months and he still sends Hubby a text at least once a week wanting to know what he did wrong. Hellloooooo? You STOLE from us, then you had the nerve to call my Husband, talk shit about me, and act all upset when he took MY side.

What’s even worse is the fact that he just doesn’t get it. When someone jumps your shit because you stole from them, tells you they can’t trust you and to stop calling, then stops answering your phone calls…it’s a big freakin’ sign man! I know if one of my best friends busted me stealing from them then hit the fuck you button every single time I called, I’d get the hint. I wouldn’t waste two months of my life hitting redial 10 times in a row knowing my call wouldn’t be answered.

Honestly, you’d think this dude is one of Hubby’s ex girlfriends from the texts he sends. They seriously sound like some whiny ass teeny bopper begging her little boyfriend back. At first I thought omg what a loser. Then it just became pathetic. Now it’s down right hilarious. It’s like “Baby, I just got another text from Jim**. Want to hear what he’s whining about today?”

*Sigh*

Then there’s the total psycho who looked me up on aim via my profile on one of the blogging forums I frequent. I do not know this person, but I talked to this person once for about 15 minutes regarding some questions said person had about one of my blogs. I didn’t know the answers to the questions this person had, so I pointed them in the direction of a few sources who might have the answers. End of story…or so I thought.

A few days later I started receiving messages from this person when I had an away message up. I’d leave the house and come back an hour later to find at least 20 “Hello? You there? Where are you? Are you ignoring me?” Then I could sit here for hours available and the person wouldn’t respond to me. The second I popped up another away message the messages would start again.

Then a few days later I checked the umpteen away messages this person left, turned off my away message and was immediately bombarded by this person. The messages had nothing to do with my blogs or questions to be answered. It started as an apology for all the messages that had been left. I said it was okay, but sorry I couldn’t answer because I’ve been very busy. Then I asked what was so important because ya know if someone leaves me that many messages when I have an away message up saying exactly what I’m doing, I feel like it must be important!

The reply I got was “um, I just wanted to talk.” The person acted like they were my best friend that I hadn’t talked to in weeks, and we really needed to catch up. The first time it happened I was rather busy, so I explained to the person that I was dealing with a client and couldn’t talk then. Yeah, like that really worked. This person just kept on chatting away, so I minimized the box, totally ignored them and went on about my business. When I looked at that chat window again a couple hours later it was filled with tons of hateful messages because I wasn’t answering. Um…hello? I said I was fucking busy!

I did what any sane person would do. I hit BLOCK. So what does this psycho person do? They immediately pop up on another name. The person even told me who it was, then started asking me about my day. I hit block again…3 more times on 3 more names!

Then all was quiet for a few days until this morning. I couldn’t sleep, so at 3am I wandered in here to find this psycho person had created yet another new name and blown me up with messages. Only this time, the person went through my blogs, read everything about me, then told me we should be “internet best friends” because we’re so much alike.

This time, I wasn’t just freaked out. I was fucking annoyed and pissed the hell off. Then I logged into one of my blogs and discovered this person has signed up as a subscriber. Bingo! Thanks to Audit Trail I now have this person’s ip, so they have not only been blocked from viewing my blogs, but they have also been reported to their ISP.

*Sigh*

Some days I wish I could disappear from both the real world and the online one.
