Last month I signed up for a hometown video contest to showcase the good, bad, ugly, or even hilarious stuff about my hometown. After nights of battling with Windows Movie Maker I finally have a finished product to share with you guys!
A little about my hometown:
I’ve lived in Walhalla, SC, practically my entire life. I live well outside of town in the middle of BFE, but when I need something, Walhalla is the closest town 15 minutes away. Walhalla was founded my German immigrants, which is where it got it’s name. Walhalla means “The Garden of The Gods.” Walhalla is considered the gateway to the Blue Ridge mountains because it sits at the bottom of the mountain on Highway 28. We’re 16 miles from Clemson University, and the population is around 4,000. You can read more information on Walhalla, SC via Wikipedia!
Now, let’s get on to the video! I present to you Walhalla aka “Hogwaller”!
