That privately owned establishment is a business that makes money from it's patrons. If patrons can't take photos of things such as their child's birthday party they may not choose to shop at that establishment anymore. If enough people aren't happy with it the business isn't going to make enough money to stay open.

They have the right to take photos/videos of us at anytime, so I personally feel we should have the ability to do so as well. Telling me I can't take a photo makes me feel like they have something to hide.

No one is playing God, and no one forced the business to remove the stickers. They chose to do so on their own based on the number of complaints received because the business probably realized how many customers it could potentially lose.

It is our RIGHT to voice our opinions when we aren't happy with a product, service, or situation! It's called FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

By the way, the next time you want to voice YOUR opinion on MY blog I would suggest you should use spell check, but it is your RIGHT to misspell repeatedly just like it is my RIGHT to deny your comment.

what doesn't make sense is that all of you think you have the right to take pictures in a privatly owned establishment that is open to the public. Just because it's open to the public does not give anyone the right to take pictures or do anything they want. Thats what's wrong with the world today is there's no pricacy. Everyone feels they have the right to interfere with your privacy and buisness. Mind your own buisness, leave people alone and quit trying to be god. The world does not and never will revolve aroung you or your beliefs. GET A LIFE.

All the Burger Kings in Lake Charles, LA and Alexandria, LA and DeRidder, LA have those stupid signs. I also saw a blog that stated one in Tullahoma, TN has one. They seem to be across the states. You're right that it makes no sense. I wonder about the parties, too. I mean, if you really want to just take pictures of the food, that can be taken outside and then pictures can be taken, so if that is what they are thinking, it doesn't make sense.
