‘Ole Smoky

Ok, incase your wondering I decided to tell you what the photo from my Wordless Wednesday post is all about. It’s from our trip to Deal’s Gap last Saturday. As we were driving up 441, it was still pretty early (around 8:30am), and I just absolutely love the way the clouds/fog roll off the mountains that early.
They don’t call them the Smoky Mountains for nothing!
When I saw us coming up on that mountain with the big billowing cloud it totally reminded me of a volcano!

The Smoky Mountains are my favorite! We hit them in eastern Tennessee whenever we can afford the trip to TN. Beautiful place.
