Passing The Time With Another Survey

Welcome to The Ramblings of Jenn Shuey! If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

These surveys are getting to be a bit of fun for me. When I’m bored I fill out tons of Myspace surveys or take stupid little quizzes to pass the time, but I never really share my answers. It’s fun to post these and to know that I might make a little pocket change off them at the same time.

I promise I won’t be posting a ton of paid surveys everyday, but I do like the fact that I have that options, and I do like sharing my answers. If anyone else decides to take any of these surveys I’d love to read your answers as well.

Nasty Virus & Awesome Sofa

Ugh I’ve got it again. The nasty stomach virus everyone has been passing around that is. I’ve already had it twice in the last month, so I’ve tried to steer clear of everyone who’s been sick, and I’ve been taking precautions to beef up my immune system, but somehow it founds it’s way back to me.

I blame Ben Shuey. He works with all these men who have horrible hygiene habits, and when they get sick they keep on working. Then he brings it home to me. Of course he’s got like the best immune system ever, so he never gets sick. Damn him!

We’re supposed to do another little shopping trip today to see if we can finally found the couch we really love, but I’ll be canceling that. I prefer to stay at home close to my bathroom.

Now here’s a sofa I would love to have (if only I were totally rich).

It’s called the “Sofa One” designed by Karim Rashid, and I think it’s awesome. The sofa can be made to face right or left, and it comes in a variety of colors and fabrics including leather and ultra suede. You can pick up the cheapest version of this baby for $4,800, which may be just a little too much for my budget right now.

One More Before Bed

I’ll have to get a feel for how many of these I want to do and how often, but here’s one more survey. I found this one interesting because it asks a ton of questions, and it felt more like I was answering a Myspace survey than a paid survey.

My thoughts on the questions? Some of them just didn’t have enough answer choices. Take the one about your bedtime for example. You had to choose a specific time. You couldn’t leave the answer blank because it was required, but there was no choice for those of us who don’t go to bed at the same time each night/day/whenever you fall asleep. My sleeping schedule varies greatly, but I had to choose a specific answer, so I chose 3:30am because it’s a median for my schedule I guess.

If you’re interested in the rest of the questions and my answers to them, you can find them by clicking the banner below.
